Professional and accommodating staff, it was good stay.

As for me, the location was decent, right by restaurants as well as shopping centers.

Booked a room with a refrigerator.

The hotel was deluxe, new-fashioned room.

The room was outstanding with cable programming, a sitting area and a work desk.

The rooms with a nice decor...

The staff was accommodating and friendly.

The heater in the room was malfunctioning and blew cold air all night.

Comforts of a double room were fabulous - a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a fridge. I slept in the exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was favourable because it was very close to Denny's restaurants and downtown.

Loved the location close to everything.

The kids loved the nearby Micke Grove Zoo, just two miles away. We enjoyed some downtime in the room, where the cable programming kept the little ones entertained. The staff was friendly.

In my wife's opinion, the noise level from the hallway was unacceptable. For families with children, better soundproofing would really enhance the stay.

A couple of positives include proximity to good restaurants and the availability of seasonal vegetables, which can enhance the dining experience. Significant issues marred the stay, a non-functioning pool, insufficient housekeeping resulting in a long check-in wait, and a lack of basic amenities, such as a microwave and fridge. The noisiness from other guests disrupted the peace typically expected from a hotel stay.

We visited Micke Grove Zoo and enjoyed the nearby restaurants. The location was handy and the staff was super helpful. Our room wassuper clean and cozy, and we loved the cable programming for entertainment.

One downside was the air conditioning unit. It made a loud noise during the night which was a bit annoying.

Everything was clean and orderliness and it really exceeded my experience from my last stay in modesto.

The friendly staff made the experience much more enjoyable, but the room left much to be desired. Issues with cleanliness and noise were problematic, yet good service went a long way in easing concerns during my stay. A mixed experience at this location.

It was just a fine choice for a transient visit in Modesto with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff, especially Bobbie, were super accommodating and made check-in smooth. Just make sure to check that everything in your room is in working order.

Maria's Taco Shop is a gem nearby, offering bomb tacos that hit the spot after a long trip. Denny's is just a hop away, perfect for those classic late-night munchies. Plus, the staff at the hotel had a cute vibe.

The place felt a bit sketchy with some unsavory characters lurking around, which put a damper on my vibe. The wifi was down, ultimate buzzkill for my work needs.

The staff was cute and helpful . The room had a cozy corner with an armchair, perfect for curling up with a book. The overall atmosphere was cheerful, making it feel like home.

The air conditioning was quite noisy and could use some improvement.
